We have a '05 22v with the 340hp marinepower that is efi, but not throttle by wire. The install was not too bad, Mneal actually helped. My wife had no problem ordering it for my birthday, she is not very technical and usually pretty good at giving away surprises. They even told her the right questions to ask me without sounding suspicious, I was completely impressed with the service from them. They actually had it calibrated to an "average" for my engine/boat/prop/weight setup. It worked pretty good right out of the box and only had to make a couple little changes. Drilling thw 2-inch hole for the paddle wheel in my brand new boat was the hardest thing, I measured that thing several times and then thought about it over a beer, then another beer, then decided to make the hole. Good luck with the install, post questions if you have them.

Once you've measured where you think you want the paddle wheel, drill a very small hole from the underside and verify the location on the inside. Then you can make a 1 inch adjustment in any direction for the two inch hole if you need to. I ended up moving mine a half inch or so off that pilot hole. If you really blow it it wouldn't be a huge deal to fill that little hole with epoxy and start over. I did end up making a bracket out of angle iron to mount the servo to the exhaust riser on my merc 315 MPI. The exhaust routing toward the front of the boat just didn't leave a decent place to use their suggested hose clamp method to attach the servo.
Now I'm waiting for my V-Drive seals and gaskets to arrive to get the thing buttoned up and on the water to try out my new PP.

anyone have any pics of their install? I've read the instructions on the PP site, and read most of the posts on the subject, but haven't seen any pics of what the linkage looks like when its done, etc. I plan to get one installed before the lake warms up.Reality is only an illusion that occurs due to a lack of alcohol.
