Need some opinions on my vinyl

Ok, so we're debating between all mushroom or mushroom and white. I plan to add a VisionAir chair that's off-white with the beige panel:


I already got the sundeck redone and it looks like this:



So, here's the original and then some doctored photos of what we have in mind with the white accent:




So, should I go with a solid color or accent the seatback with white?

Mushroom and white, especially if you're doing the new seat that way.

I like the solid, that tan color is one of the colors in my boat. I like it.
But it will look sharp either way.

No can do. We had white on our last boat and my CFO says no more white. Looks like we're going all shrooms.

Don't worry, I usually get what I want, so when she does say something I try to listen...unless it's really not a good idea.

I like the solid shroom look. I went solid grey with a little blue worked in.

My wife volunteered to contact the manufacturer to find the right vinyl on the VisionAir accent panel to match the mushroom interior. We got samples in the mail yesterday...ordered the chair last night!

BTW, the best color match was Bright White and Beige. I found the best price on iboats.com. The white is not an exact match to the original white, but it's extremely close and we decided since there was no longer any white vinyl in the boat, it wasn't going to be an issue. The beige is an exact match to the original mushroom color. My new vinyl is just a bit off, but you can only tell under just the right light conditions and if you have samples right next to each other. So, we called it close enough and I bet know except us would ever know.

What's odd with my mildew problems, not that you've had any, is the worst panels have been the white, so I'd go without the white if I were you, and it sounds like you already made that up.

Yup, been there, done that. In a humid environment, white sucks. It is nice if you live where it's hot. The shroom color was a good compromise.
