    They take 3/4 thick sheets of plexi and cut out the basic shape and then us a homemade jig and a router. Then sand/polish by hand. With trial and error, they have gone from about 6hrs a ring to 1.5hrs. The R/F's look good because the plexi fallows the curve of the grill.
    I like the Z1 and the Audio system. In one word, Wow!
