half price? It's only about a year old. Chances are, it won't even need to be re-drilled depending on the model boat you have. There are about 4" of movement that can be taken in or out. I'll even send the new feet and other swapables from the new tower b/c I will buy one of the M2's.

What would need re-drilling? sorry im a noob. What was drilled in the first place.
So how much is half price then? half of what you paid or retail? There are some boat shows going on up here in Canada right now, and both towers are pretty damn cheap.
There are set keys in the top (an anchor bolt) that are tightened to fix the tower laterally on the boat. You would not need to worry about it b/c your hull and my hull are the exact same width.
You can download a manual to see the install involved from their website, monstertower.com
Dude is that a '98 '99 in your profile. What do you think so far? Looks like you were putting the work in on the gelcoat.
Take Pics....I'll throw it up on WBW.
Its a 96. We love it (own it with three other friends. soon to be only two though) and cant get enough of it. We bought it knowing that it cosmetically needed alot of work and the inspection showed that is was safe and sound. trouble is we find out later (1200 later) that it has three leaks and alot of work needed to be done. but now that it is truly running good, we can enjoy it and enjoy the impressive size of wake it throws. cosmetically.... still needs lots. Ill take some pics once its out of storage and many hours on the gelcoat later. we only buffed one side of it for about an hour, which did alot but alot more to come. any tips on the gelcoat work. i love what you did with yours!
Two thoughts; 1. I' second what friend ship is asking; i'd be interested in a used tower if someone is selling. 2. Has anyone tried making a tower? I made a cross between a pylon and a tower for my old boat that was pretty rough, but it worked and didn't really require any drilling into the fiberglass. these moster towers are fairly simple. I'd think someone with a good pipe bender could do it.
