She Jumps up into the fence and as she is sliding down the bars spread and somehow she gets through. One of these days I will come home and she will be stuck in the fence.
Sounds neat. Wish I could see her do that. Has she been on the boat?

Part of my advantage is I have 3 Labs varying in age from 7+,4,2+ so they tend to keep each other in line. The oldest is the beta female and although she lost an eye to glaucoma is our pride and Joy. She plays when we want her to and mellows out when told to go to her rug. Everything we have taught her has rubbed off on the other 2 labs and our 10 year old Aussie Shepard-Siberian Mix. Our latest minature dachsund is hell on wheels but slowly the other dogs are calming her down. We can't wait to see the dachsund on the boat and on the teak platform. Our other Dogs have been trained to sit on the floor and only walk on towels to get in and out in our previous boat and the interior looked great when we got rid of it. The main floor of the 20V will have 500lbs of ballast in it since the dogs always go with us whether it is for vacation or a day jaunt..

Our labs we let shake but their fur insulates with the water so we wipe them down with the other two and land up with a bunch of wet dog towels that dry off quickly in the hot sun..

She is gorgeous. I am sure she is a pistol right now but she shows a lot of intelligence in her face. zhow old is she ? Your going to take her on the boat like Mike does with his I assume.

We also have a 3 year old Beagle and a 9 month old Cane Corso.
Lots of Tige and animal lovers. I am glad you put down towels on the bow seats and fillers for the dogs. I betcha the labs wear you out swimming everytime. If they are like mine you have to tell them to get on the boat.

That's one thing we have never been able to get any of our Labs to do and that is stay on a tube. They will hop onto it from the swim platform and then right to the water. Our previous boat was an I/O so we are looking forward to the dogs not having to do a high dive to get in the water.

Mike nice looking yellow lab. She looks pretty big. I would venture a guess she is to the large size of the breed in the 100+ weight range?
Queen of the boat up there in the bow.

When did you move again? Unfortunately I am no help with Lakes that far south. I seldom go past Central Arkansas which is no good for a weekend jaunt. My sister and I are lucky. When my parents semi retired they bought a house off a small lake in Northern Indianna. It is not lakefront it is on the other side of the stree so we can't hear jet ski's. It is nice to go there for the weekend and go to the smaller lake to ski and the larger lake to crusie and relax at one of 2 sandbars.

I am sure you will find something down there and you will have more boating months per year.

Guys - don't get me wrong - I LOVE the pics of those puppies! But could one of you techno-wizards change the name of this Post/Thread? If I see 'Apology to the board...' pop up to the top of the list many more times, I think I'm gonna make like the kid in the E-Trade commercial...

As long as this this has turned into a post-your-lab thread:
Here's Jones: Relaxing in the bow, and Floating with my daughter...
                          Oh, and welcome back.
