    I find some pumps are worse than others. I get some of the paper towel and make a collar around the nozzle and press against the boat. If is burps is caught in towel and not all over me and boat.

      I take the cap off the other side on my RZ4. If I remember right, it gives you the opportunity to spill out both sides. However, you have a nice and full tank.

        I have to agree with you here, It has happened to me a few times. Standing there putting gas in one side thinking all is good until you see gas running across the ground from the other side. I am still not sure if it is worth removing both caps.
