OK , here is my first question about rigging up tower speakers. The tower on my Tige 21i will not allow me to come up straight thru the boat and into the tower where wires will not show due to the way it is bracketed on the boat. Any suggestion so it does not look like crap when I do it. I will try to post a pic of the tower. DO they make wireless speakers for towers?

I have never heard of wireless tower speakers. I think there are many reasons why they would not work, sun, engine interference, etc,
I think you are stuck with just drilling a small hole in the fiberglass, and running it to a small hole in the bottom of the tower leg, then fishing it up through. I would then cover it with a nylon covering, and call it good.Be excellent to one another.

Does it fold forward or rearward?
I would pop out of port side tower leg (which ever is the pivot when folding) at the base of the leg, and drill through gunwale next to the mount. Cover it with split loom.Attached FilesLast edited by chpthril; 02-01-2008, 06:33 PM.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

Wireless speaker technology is really immature. Even if you were to get the speaker wires up there, there's the whole problem with power to the speakers (hey, the amp has to go somewhere).
Like Tall said, run the wire from the tower to the boat. I'd take some rubber grommets that you can buy at Home Depot to make the holes look like they're supposed to be there and cover it with that flexible wire wrap as you see in the picture. The nice thing is that you can move it around and if you ever have to run new wire, it just pops right off.Attached FilesCursed by a fortune cookie: "Your principles mean more to you than any money or success."

Piece of cake to do. Bundle your wires together and put an appropriate size hole in the tower and deck. I covered the exposed wiring with color matched nylon sleeve heat shrinked at both ends to secure the sleeve. Install and seal a waterproof dome or flex strain relief fiiting the in deck, run wires through, leaving slack enough to fold down tower if neccessary and screw together fitting halves. Done.
Fitting i used can be found here or any major electrical suppy house. I got mine local for less than a buck and it's totally waterproof.Attached Files"Call me anything you want ... Just don't call me NOBODY!

I posted a little early. When I complete my stereo upgrade ( hopefully Presidents day weekend) I will post them up with a price. I might decide to have 3 pairs of speakers on the tower (most likely not since i would need another amp) but will not know until I git r done. Will be right about $600 is my thoughts nowLet it be!!!
