good call with the 60's for the tower, you going to add a sub?
Longlevel and otter creek as of last season.....I'll travel for good water though? As far as the sub goes OF COURSE! need your help and opinion though....I only know car audio and I like loud, deep, tight bass, crystal highs and dirty looks from others. I put "music" in everything. My current truck has boston pro three way seperates custom fabed into the doors, JL stealth ten powered by JL 250/1, Alpine...you get the picture. I just sold my wrangler and kept the stereo.. Alpine head, JL and MTX amps two pairs of polk momo seperates and an MTX sub. I was going to put everything but the sub in my other boat then I bought my 22i. Big ? Polk MoMo or wet sound seperates? and What sub. I already want to upgrade to a twelve BUT....I LOVE JL subs!! all I hear from Blaine is Kicker and wet sounds...Whats your take? And I'm not doubting Blaine I just want other opinions.

I am no expert. A wetsounds 12xx something is a great sub and better than most JL subs, esp. for the money. A kicker L7 has incredible SPL if it get the enough power, just not to much. Polk speakers are great bang for the buck but the wetsounds will hold up better in a marine enviroment. If you want to look at my setup let me know I am in the process of changing it around but the base part of the system is still intact, for now.

                        Amps - Kicker
Sub - cant go wrong with either Kicker or Wet Sounds
Cabins - Either Kicker or Wet Sounds
Tower Speaker - Wet Sounds all the way

Ive got all Kicker in my boat and have installed a few Wet Sound systems pushed with Kicker amps. Worth every penny IMO.

Nice! that's the type of advice I need!!! I'll probably make use of at least my one JL300/2 amp for my sub or tower speakers. I'm setting my system up so I have (more so, My wife) have/has the ability to shut the interior system off and just run the tower. She has sensitive ears.. or vice versa. this will take more amplifiers to allow that to happen as far as I Know. The Polks are marine certified and soud sweet! I'll probably go with a kicker twelve for the sub? ...I guess I'll sell the other stuff?

Last year I ran the following -

                            4 - Pro 80's powered by Mmatts 4x150
                            1 - 12" audioque sub powered by Mmatts 1400 watt D class
4 - kicker cabin speakers powered by ppi 4 channel

I also used an audiocontrol four.1 to control tower, cabin, and sub volume independantly. I used a pair of kinetic batteries, knukonceptz RCA cables and wire. I also just used my stock sony HU. The system was very reliable. The only time I had problems was when I got caught in two torrential downpours at Raystown, and it worked fine once the audiocontrol linedriver/eq dried out. This year I am not sure what I am doing, maybe I'll concentrate on wakeboarding.

Oh yeah, you will deff want 1 amp for the tower and 1 for the cabins. If you go with the Kicker ZX700.5 (5chnl) for the cabins and sub, then you wont need a 3rd amp.
