That should do it but I just checked wet sounds website and the XS650s which I think is what my boat comes with have an RMS rating of 100w. This means that they would be under powered at the 45 wpc@4ohms. The best sound would then be achieved by a larger amp. Right? One with say about 150 watts per channel at 4ohms?

The tower is clean and loud. My big thing is I can completely kill cabin, tower, or sub. My wife doesn't really care for it to be to loud. She can just tolerate the tower(when rider is in tow) but I am not allowed to turn past half volume. Otherwise I do get a dirty look/evil eye.

The best volume would be. I say step up to the ZX650.4 (85W @ 4 ohms) for the interior, and then go with a 2chnl for the sub.

Do you have a sub in there now or just 6 cabins and an amp

Not sure whats in there right now.. I think just four cabin speakers. Blaine upgraded the system with the sale of the boat and they are doing the install. Another Great thing about Blaine and GBMC. He realized I wanted to really set this boat up so he's letting me help with the layout before they even get started.

This is going to be the lay out due to what I already have:
MTX 4ch 400 watt rms to the rear cabin.
? 2ch 200watt rms to the front two
                JL 300/2 -pro 60s
                ? -kicker 12" sub
that should make it crystal clear and very loud if desired. Plus add tunability.

Non taken at all. I chose to go with kicker after the support I got from thier lead marine guy, who is a regular on here, in getting my factory system dialed in. I flipping rocks now.

Looks like you got a nice system in the works To avoid adding a 4th amp, what about putting the 2 bow speakers on the head unit and picking up a mono or a small 2chnl (bridged) for the sub. Nothing wrong with 4 amps, just extra wire, power consumption, and space needed to mount it.

Then I would loose sound quality, volume, tunability, and the ability to shut all of the interior speakers off. Does Kicker make a six channel six hundred watt rms amp?
