    Given that we all b#@ch and moan when things don't go our way, I'd like to give some props to Tige and their suppliers. I recently discovered that there was a piece broken on my throttle handle. I contacted Tige, and they told me they only stock the entire handle setup and that it was pretty expensive so I'd be better off contacting the manufacturer (yeah, they did not try to gouge me on buying unnecessary parts!). Lee gave me instructions as to what to tell the manufacturer and also gave me the manufacturer's contact information. I contacted the manufacturer, and the manufacturer promptly emailed me a full manual for my particular throttle handle. I was able to identify they necessary part, and I got back to the manufacturer Friday evening with my order. This morning, they emailed me back asking for my address, saying they'd drop me the part free of charge. All I say for is the shipping. All I can say is, I'm impressed.

    Nice to hear. I am also impressed with Tige's CS. I have owned different boats before, and Tige is way ahead of any competitor that I know.

      From my limited experience at the dealer and the factory level they are top notch when it comes to servicing the customer. Great success story.

        They have treated me like royalty when I have had a problem. I can say they have the best customer service I have experienced with boat manufacturers out of several.

            Tige has always had great customer service. One of the main reasons I bought my boat from tige...

              Yeah, customer service on the part of both the ski dock and Tigé have been excellent.

                I have had very very problems with my tige, but when I have the CS has been TOP NOTCH and been right there to help me!

                  I agree when my TAPS went out the dealer said it wasn't under warranty anymore I called Tige and they didn't hesitate to get me in touch with the manufacturer and get the issue resolved.
