Two that I haven't seen mentioned thus far come from CC and Supra respectively. CC has that new satelite based speed control. I know, it's gimicky, but it's still a cool feature. Even the dealers for other manufacturers were raving about it at the Chicago boat show. Supra has that "Supra Ride" or something like that. It's some sort of an onboard computer in the dash. You store individual rider's speed and wakeplate settings in it. I know, nothing that special, but it's kind of a nice feature. I figure we'll see that in all of them before long. When I went to the show in Chicago I did like one thing about the Centurian. I can't comment on the rest of the boat, but I was a big fan of their tower setups. The way the tower released in order to fold down was different than what I've seen from anyone else.
The CC GPS based PP is cool, but GPS doesn't always work, it needs 3 satellites to triangulate.

Bu has for 08, the speed, ballast, and power wedge settings, storable for up to 10 riders.

Supra is similar, but don know if it adjust ballast or how many peeps it stores.

The problem with the Centurion tower, is that you have to unplug/plug up the speaker and nav lamp to fold it down/setting it up Looked kinda like an after thought IMO

I was hoping to be more stoked w/ the boat so I could "justify" a new one I think I'll be further ahead upgrading my boat and keeping it for a while.

Don't hang me, but....those Malibus are bada$$! Everything reeks of premium in that VTX. The integrated Sirius radio in a custom made bezel/housing, the ballast monitoring system all digital, the remotes for everything in the back seat, the interior "theatre" lighting, etc.... I had to rip my wife out of it. The price was $61k;I don't think that's too bad at all considering the modestly appointed Z1 was going for $51k. I don't remember the prices of the RZ2 but it doesn't seem like it was much less than $61k if at all. I was really surprised the Bu came with a single axle trailer--not good. Of course, all this means nothing if the boat sucks in the water, I have never driven one so I couldn't tell you my opinion on that either way.
The VRide was significantly less impressive than the VTX.
Me thinks you remember the z1 price incorrectly. I thing it was Boat show priced at $48K and normally ran $51k or $55k.

I agree that the Malibu's were sweet and fit and finish was real nice with some good ideas like a walkway from the interior to the platform so you never touched the deck. Supra had soemthing under the rear port hatch to do the same thing.

Malibu should be nice. Their line was the second most expensive Inboards and V-Drives at the show!. Of course Master Craft is the most expensive I don't have my notes but I think the Maristar 210 was in the low 60's vs what a 20V sells for loaded.

I go into more in the boat show post that gotme in hot water deservedly.
