We have 2 offices in Texas. Warehouse is in Houston, TX. My office, is in Austin where I do the engineering and design work.

Sorry you are having problems. Call on Monday and ask for John or Justin. They will get you taken care of.

Your e mails will be repsonded to. Please be patient. We have hundreds and hundreds of dealers in over 20 countries so my sales guys get all of those e mails and calls as well. So they are responding to them as they work they way through.

Also, for those that have e mailed or called. Mondays are the best days anyway as a lot of the boat dealers are closed on Monday. So our inbound calls are less. So I think we will be able to get to everyone then.

Just got my 4 wetsounds today. I am attaching some pictures of them. All four speakers have a small crack around one screw hole. I will install them this weekend, I am very pleased with the appearance. I hope they have some tower speakers with the same problems.

I'll admit I was a bit worried that the crack was gonna be a problem. I figured my Clarions are beat to hell anyway so why not take a gamble. I'm glad I did!
