Wet Sounds XS650 in boat Group Buy-B Stock

    Howdy,

I am offering a group buy to Tige Owners for some B STOCK of our in boat speakers XS650, 6.5 inch coax. These are the same ones that Tige is installing in all new boats. http://www.wetsounds.com/pages/products/XS-650.html

We have had about 50 pairs come back from having the wrong size screws installed into them. The speakers have never even been played. But they have small hair line cracks around the screw hole or the screw head looks wallowed out. The speakers are perfect sound wise, just have some small cosmetic issues. Some installs you may not even see them. Some are better than others.

I am offering them on a first come first serve basis for $85 a pair with free shipping. (The msrp on these is $199 a pair.)

If anyone is interested. Please e mail one of my sales guys who will be taking care of it. Justin. justin@wetsounds.com or you can call 877-938-7757 and ask for him.

I will post on here when they are sold out. Remember, these are a first come first serve basis and an as is. The better looking ones go first. Also, Warranty only on the audio portion, not on cosmetic.

    Thanks,

    Tim

If those were separates I would buy a few pair, but I don't want to have holes left over.

How about you let me do a writeup on your boat build for my site?

With the hairline cracks can i still install them without worrying about them falling out onto the floor? Or is is just the speaker grill?

                          spharis,
Send me an e mail to twhite@wetsounds.com and we can get the write up going. I have full boat build pics and can get system build pics and of course finished pics!

Lucky, the hairline crack is only cosmetic. It will not effect how they mount or how they will hold up at all. The grille is bolted to the frame from the back. The 4 screw holes go through the grille and the frame. The frame is made out of a material called Nylas, which is a nylon reinforced fiberglass. So it is very very strong. So this is what is really holding the speaker in.

                          So no worries on strength

                          Tim
