Any Midwestern Tige Owners interested in a First Annual Reunion in 2009.

Hi everybody I am posting this to see if there is any interest from the midwest Tige Owners to get together in the summer of 2009 for a first annual reunion. Right now it is in the rough planning stages to see if there is interest and if Bullshoals or TableRock lake would appeal to any of you.

I would like to see if we can get Tige involved and maybe some of their pro's to put on a clinic.

I also need to figure out how many people amd families would be interested.

Do some of you prefer campgrounds or a Resort. Bullshoals and my favorite resort has campgrounds about 1-2 miles away. Conversely on TableRock form a Nice Resort the camogrounds are about 15 miles by car and 5 miles or so by water.

Send me your thoughts as either a response to this thread or as a PM.

Thanks and lets see if we can get one together for 2009.

We would love to come and meet other Tige owners.

How far from you are some of these possible locations? The reason I ask, I have family in Naperville, and would try to see the family and make the reunion.

CHP: It's a good days drive from Naperville... About 10 hours...

I'm from Kenosha originally so if it were closer to Chicago/Milwaukee I would make it for sure. I'm with CHP, I would be able to visit with some relatives and go to the reunion... SW MO is too far for me...

I'd be willing to drive about 5 hours depending on where it was... It would also have to work with my work schedule... Just my

I hate to say this but I doubt North Dakota will be the location but it is possible. A very slight possibility

I think the locations I am thinking about are more than 5 hours from Gilbert,AZ or even Chicago. is 10+ hours from the Windy City.

I did say Midwest not south west didn't I

IMO lakes in Southern Wisconsin are the pits. Too crowded, tooo shallow and too green but I will keep it in mind if SW Missouri or Northwest Arkansas are voted out. You are right Bullshoals and TableRock are just over 10 hours from the Chicago suburbs.

Lake Mead is out for me. way too far and way too cold.

Tablerock is convienent if everyone stays at the same resort. There is one that with families sharing the karger unit I think can handle 21 families.

It is close to the slalom course in a cove called Little cow. A second course is about20 miles away on the St James River arm. I don't remember where the third is because we only used the first two.

You may find it very tough to get your dealer involved in an event that far way from thier home area.
