This is a design issue and I think Tige should have a call back on the platfrom when they come up with a solution.

The gas cans were empty. We had just loaded up and were headed back to go home and it was a quick way to get them out of the way.

        Very nice color combo!
Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

Do you make it list by turning slightly or adding weight to one side?

I had the same issue on my when we added the fat sacks.
We don't have a ballast. But there were alot of kids in the rear of the boat.

I think it becomes a bigger issue when weight is added. I've surfed without the ballast or fat sack in my case and I didn't have that issue either.

Either, but it is best to add weight to one side.

Click Here to see a video of our summer. Go to about halfway or so if you want to skip some and you will see video of my kids surfing. This is with only 2 vdrive sacs, 400 lbs each in the rear, and then all of us on one side. Most of my kids are goofy, but one is regular, and you can see the wake on either side, but see how it is clean and not washed out? That is because we are listing the boat over. You can see a line sometimes in my wake, and that is from the swim step when we list over pretty hard. It is supposedly much worse on the RZ, I have a 24Ve.

                    VERY nice!
                    Me too.

Ahicken. I have seen you at the lakes a few times. Actually, I have seen you more at Quail than at Sand Hollow. I pulled up not too far from you one evening, hoping to get a better peek (I had not been in an RZ4, yet). I hope I was not too obnoxious. The boat is beautiful. Thanks for showing the pics.

I had a regular style anchor and always found my boat floating away. SInce I got a box anchor, my boat is going to stay put, even when a tornado comes. Do a search for the best anchor thread and there are multiple testimonials.
                    Be excellent to one another.

I use two anchors, well until I lost one in Havi. Never had a boat move on me with two. I think I'm going to make a system like what Andy had at the fall reunion.

It looks really sweet. I like the alternate use of the wake board rack. Pumps on the go

I think I remember you as well. We liked going to Quail to avoid the crowds but it got so low it seemed like you were just driving around in a circle. I do have a box anchor. Maybe I didn't get is to grab well. I am going to experiment with some different anchoring systems the next time I am at Powell. I will check out that thread. Thanks. Hope to see you this summer.

I do think Powell is a special challenge because the bottom is often just sandstone and there is nothing to stop the anchor from just dragging along. I found a big chain attached to the anchor really helps a lot.
