Checked out the Z1 today

ALL: If you will notice, this particular pricing for the Z1 is a LOADED, I said LOADED Z1. You can start a Z1 at $40k, But this is not a stripped Z1. It is LOADED.

There is $15K difference between any of Tige's models, from a bare bones boat to a LOADED boat. Huh, $55K minus $15k, what do you get? $40k(~$39K).

Compare this to any of the comps 21 foot boats, any don't forget, they don't drive, ride, handle like a TIGE.... MC = KIND OF GAY.

So explain to me how this EXACT boat was at waketoberfest with a "This boat for $49,995" decal on it. When the differences are only the driver's seat, billet mirror, transom light, stainless package, and a cheaper trailer (I was advised that the trailer they'd be selling is a tandem Magnum trailer). I seriously doubt those differences constitute a $18,570 price difference.

Oh, and nice job bashing the competition. Really piss poor salesmanship, and is first reason I walked out of a MC dealership when I was looking at an X-Star (which I then ended up with my 22v). If you cant sell your product on its own merits w/o bashing the competition, you should be selling snake oil. NOT ONCE have I heard the guys from the ski dock bash MC, Malibu, Supra, CC. Not even centurion. In fact they've pointed out aspects of the others that they like. However, they sold the product on its own merits.

I should also point out that it was suggested that I buy the "under360" RZ2 from Texas Tigé, for whatever reason that I cant remember. However, I've formed a good relationship with the guys at the ski dock, and had already decided that I'm going to buy my next boat from them (most likely will be a "LOADED" 24vé this year). After seeing your inflated prices and the sales tactics, I'm glad that I had already made that decision.

Hey, don't be too hard on the folks from Texas Tige. They really stepped up to support the Texas INT chapter and they are really good peeps. They were Tige owners before acquiring the dealership, so it's pretty much like they liked their Tiges so much they decided to make it their business. We all get pretty pumped about our boats and we've all said a few less than kind things about the competition

Runne: I don't know what "under360" boat you speak of. I am the owner so I would prob have a pretty good idea of the boats we sell. Plus, you are in Austin, and I would have directed you to your local Austin dealer.

All: The MC comment was a joke. Only a joke. I have been on this forum for a few years now and have never seen so much seriousness. I thought forums were supposed to be fun. All the other forums I am a part of have a bit of humor involved and a little bit of razzing seems to get a few chuckles here and there. If you have ever been to my dealership you will know my sales tactic is to ONLY show the positive features of Tige along with my dealership and staff's superior service. I guess that is why Texas Tige had the 3rd highest CSI rating in 2006, and #1 in 2007, WORLDWIDE.

For future posts, I will remember to try not to offend anyone ever, ever, ever again.

I have read these post and i must speak up for Brandon and Texas Tige. I know him and he and his staff go above and beyond the call of duty to make all Tige Customers feel like part of the family. I have seen Brandon first hand work to resolve issues that were against the provious Tige dealership and was able to make these customer happy. In 2007 Brandon was recognized for #1 in Customer Service. He is very passionate and beleives in Tige and he appoligized for his comment. We have all said things we wished we could take back at some point in our lives. Lets all move forward.

I guess it was kinda my fault I found that picture posted on WW and posted here never thinking it would cause this kind of mess. It's generating less draw over on WW then it is here.

Keep in mind that hardly and Manufacture sells at MSRP. Look at anything on line at the manufactures web site, and then go to the retail store and see what they sell it for.

Market sets the price and we all live in diff markets.

As I stated earlier, if you drop the unnecessary options, that boat will be in line with the earlier price rumors, this boat is loaded, it's a brand new model, etc.
