As for the issues, keep in mind that these boats are not cars. It's hard to get the process reliability down to that level if you don't build that many to begin with.
TexasTige, whatever you guys had set up at INT this year was very popular with the riders. They liked your RZ2 better than the TSR X-Star.Cursed by a fortune cookie: "Your principles mean more to you than any money or success."

Yeah, it is GOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!! We see that alot, when people actually give the boat a chance. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, I'll put it up against anyone's boat. That was D. Welch's '07 model. He and his family have been very happy with the set-up and the boat. It is one of my "Promo Boats" and is for sell.
As far as the set-up at INT, it was stock + 600# in the walkway(pulled back a little to the driver). TAPS on ~3-4 = Money in the bank, shorty wat cha thank??? We weight the RZ2 a bit different when free riding (loaded down).www.TexasTige.com

For my airfoiling daughter, sister and brother in law the larger wake helps thme get air on the Sky Ski hydrofoil so I don't forsee for my use to go crazy with ballasts
This summer was my first time ever wakeboarding. The wake is fine as is- I have no ballast. I can foresee outgrowing the wake in a while, but for a once-in-a-while rider you will have no worries with your stock wake. IMHO, it's almost better to have a small wake to learn on for obvious reasons.
If you're surfing then you'll need ballast 100% for sure. I don't think I could ever surf behind my boat. I can't imagine our hulls are too different, yours is a lot easier to see though with those colorsOther than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

Oh and is there any truth to that rumor about the platform? It does affect the wake however I rarely surf but it would be nice for it to be clean.
Thanks.Last edited by Matt Garcia; 01-09-2008, 05:10 PM.
