    .02 worth

Just my .02 cents worth......sold my old direct drive tige, bought an 07 Calabria Pro V2. Best thing I have bought for the water, very impressed with the ballast (can control on the fly when people moving). Adjustable wake plate as good as TAPS. No more polishing, everthing stainless, tower very stable etc. BUT must agree with everyone if you don't have a great LOCAL dealer things do get winded dealing long distance. Have put over 150 hours this year mainly Sky Skiing & lately wakesurfing (Inland Surfer, Blue & Red). Hope you guys don't mind the thread, there is not a lot of us Calabria owners. Have a Great Day from North of the 49......Langley BC Canada

Were you able to compare this boat to either the Tuge 20V or 22Ve?

At 21'6" & a 98" beam, it would be a direct match to the new Tige Z1.

I agree, that would be a real good comparison between the two.

I couldn't resist! I actually think that any combo of white/blue or white/blue/black rate right up there as one of the best looking. If i was making a choice right now i'd have a hard time between that and white/red/black. I won't have to worry about that until next year though.

Oppps! I should have specified: California. Calabria, as I said, had the biggest drop in sales of any boat manufacturer selling boats in CA by a startling amount. While sales in CA in 07 were off about 20%, Calabria was down as much as 70%. I don't know many companies that can stay in business with that type of revenue loss. The dealer may have a great price, but a warranty on the boat (along with resale value) doesn't do you any good if Calabria goes out of business.
