Now, if anybody wants one, Just print off the PDF for your boat and fax it to Fly-High. You wont have to do your own measurements.

These will all be in a thread and maybe Matt could make it a sticky.

That, sir is the best idea I've heard so far! Gold star!

If you have time, would it be possible for you to measure the front bow area as well? basically a square integrated sac idea, As Ruune mentioned we need to factor in the front weight as well as the rear.
I'll do the best I can, but I think Tige uses the same sac as the Ve's, which I think is smaller then the Fly-High Bow sac. As cheap as the stock fly-hi is, im not sure a custom would be hold too much more V's the cost of doing it as a custom.

            I think I can do the measurements for a 22Ve w/factory ballast,

I know where to get the measurements for a 24V w/o factory ballast

            We need a:
            20V w/and w/o factory ballast,
            RZ2/4 w/ and w/o factory ballast,
            and a 24Ve w/and w/o factory ballast
            Z1
            All the DD's
Need some feedback! The more I look at these two sacs, the more I think we should make just 1. I'm thinking of combining the dimensions of the larger main section with the longer leg section. In the starboard side, it wont roll all the way out, and in the port, it wont fill completely as it will be up against the false wall that covers the fuel filler hose. This wont change the amount of water in the bag, but would be much easier, and less confusing to just have one bag.

RZ2's with coolers will still need a port and starboard, but if you remove the cooler, we might be able to do the same and just have one for both sides.

            Tell me what ya'll think

I do not want to remove my cooler, I need to get the measurements of the RZ2 without ballast to make sure it will fit.

The guy at FatSacks told me that we can always buy one that is a little bigger and just let it go to the limit. IT would be cheaper to get a bigger sack then to make a custom sack.

wouldn't the fill/empty ports be in the wrong place if you only used one shaped bag?
Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

They only have 2 surf sac sizes........a 750# (which I have now) and the Enzo at 1400# + @ $500, that's a lot of wasted sac IMO. Our custom sac will cost more then the 700#, but hold more.

Nope, all you need is 3........fill and vent on top of main section, and drain on bottom/back of main section. Center them and it will go both ways.

The ideal would be to make them create a production size sack that would fit the need of all our tige, just as you mentioned.

That's what we should work for. The Ve sac would work in an RZ starboard side, but would not unroll completely. Still a better fit then the Enzo and should hold more then the 750# sac.

Would somebody re-check my volume/weight calculations on those sacs, I feel like they are about 150#'s shy

I'll measure with and with out and we can decide after which route to go.
