Guys, we don't need Fly High to do anything. All we need to do is measure both sides of a 22/24 Ve and an RZ2/4 and a 20V. Share this info on here for anyone else.
If you want a bag, get on thier website, go to the custom sac area, and plug in the data. In a few weeks, you sac arrives. Not as quick as ordering a stock sac of the shelf, but better then waiting on them to do something.
I'll do the measurements on the 22Ve as I am upgrading to a custom sac next fall.
You can also contact any FLY HIGH dealer and they can take care of it for you. In fact I bet Fly High would refer you to a dealer.

...As we ALL know, Tige is not going to help us with the ballast thing...
I wouldnt be too sure about that.
Anyways, my next boat will be ordered with the factory ballast setup, but I'm going to request that they not install the tanks. I'm going to have the ski dock put in a custom sack setup, hooked to the factory ballast system. That way, its all covered by warranty. At this point, I'm thinking that 400-500lbs in each corner should suffice.
Regarding putting 5800lbs in the rear- how much are you going to put in the front? You do realize that by putting weight only in the rear of the boat (or the vast majority of it), that all you'll be doing is pointing the bow of the boat in the air. This will cause your wake to be severely washed out- if you get up on a plane at all. If you put that much weight in the front of your boat (assuming it would fit), even a small roller would swamp your boat.
Bottom line- you need to balance out your weight- even for surfing.
Also, when you're weighing your boat down, look at how the factory ballast is setup. I believe its 250lbs in each corner. That said, they're putting EQUAL weight throughout the boat. Remember- these are the same engineers that designed the hull. So, follow their logic and space your ballast around evenly. Then if you want the wake steeper or rounded off, use TAPS to fine tune it. That, my friends is the true beauty of the convex-v and TAPS combo.
I got an email from FatSacks, He said that MC contacted them to create the sacks for people that want to add extra weight. He also related that he would do the same if Tige contact them with specific measurements.

Well, here's what we can do. After we collect all the data, then someone can take the custom sac PDF, and do one for each custom sac/boat.
Now, if anybody wants one, Just print off the PDF for your boat and fax it to Fly-High. You wont have to do your own measurements.
These will all be in a thread and maybe Matt could make it a sticky.

I was not able to get the RZ2 Measurements yesterday. It is hard to go to storage to measure. Does anyone have an easy access to a RZ2?
My dealer has one, with factory ballast as well, and I may be down there tomorrow or first of next week and will get them if no one else steps up before.

Sweet, you just saved me a 2 hour round trip to measure my RZ2 Thank you so much!
If you have time, would it be possible for you to measure the front bow area as well? basically a square integrated sac idea, As Ruune mentioned we need to factor in the front weight as well as the rear.
