I using the W716 surf sac that the arm measures 12 wide and it fits nicely under the seat storage with a couple of inches room. The enzo arm is 25" wide. Also, the 22' boats dont have 72"s of length.

I think it would be best to just do a custom sac and not have all that wasted, wadded up sac in there

Do you think that the weight on the side wall of the seat would put some stress on it and possibly bow or break?

The ideal would it be a sack that the weight would be help by the sack and not the side of the boat of seat.

I guess I need to go to the storage to measure what are the dimensions.

I am down for the custom surf sacks for the RZ2 ( and VE's for that matter)

Maybe we can all design one here and then talk to Fly High about getting them all made together to save ( or at least part of) the custom charges.

Ideally, I would like to do a custom surf sack that would fit both sides and a custom sack for the bow of the RZ2.

Or we could do, two designs one for and one without the cooler.

As we ALL know, Tige is not going to help us with the ballast thing....... So "lets getter done boys" ....................on our own!

I dont see a problem with the weight at all. We run the 700# surf and a 400# in floor or on seat + peeps, or another 400# when just a couple of us.

If weather is good tomorrow, I'll try to get some 22Ve measurements.

Lets get everything together here, and then create a thread with all the models listed in one post (if possible)

My is in storage, I wish it was on my garage so I could get some measuraments.

Perhaps we should give all this info to Andrew and see what he can come up with.

Ours should be the same except for the cooler on the starboard side.

Here's what I came up with for the port and starboard storage lockers on my 22Ve w/o factory ballast.

                I think I can do the measurements for a 22Ve w/factory ballast,

I know where to get the measurements for a 24V w/o factory ballast

                We need a:
                20V w/and w/o factory ballast,
                RZ2/4 w/ and w/o factory ballast,
                and a 24Ve w/and w/o factory ballast
                Z1
                All the DD's

Very Nice! Around 850 lbs on each side would be perfect! I need to go to storage and measure the RZ2 now. I think the measurements should be very close to your 22Ve. Thanks.

Why is the port side 7 inches shorter in the main storage compartment?

There is a false wall that covers the fuel filler hose.

I'll try to go measure the RZ2 Tonight at the Storage place, unless some one here has a easier access to a RZ2 to measure.

I'll try but not sure if possible since I still have the cooler and will not take it out.

Xpjim says the Enzo is the best fit for the 24V

                                so we need:

                                20V w/and w/o factory ballast,
                                RZ2/4 w/ and w/o factory ballast,
                                and a 24Ve w/and w/o factory ballast
