I've gone both ways........shut up guys, dont want to hear it , and not sure yet which way I will leave it for the permanent install.

Filling manually, it fills much easier standing up but fits great either way.

Did you say you are going to put a extra 400 lbs on top of it?

Eksilva, we can have custom Fly High sacs built for your boat if you would like. They tend to be pricey as we found out trying to have one made for XPJIM but that may be the way you want to go if you want to save some of your storage.

How much more? This L shaped sacks cost around $250 right?

            Yes,

Right now, we fill the 700# "L" sac and fill 1 400# sac on top of it in the port rear locker, and then fill the 2nd 400# sac in the port side seats if we only have a few peeps out with us.

Come this Fall I will spring for a custom surf sac that will be smaller then Xp's but fill my entire storage/under seat area when filled. should be around 1200-1300 lb's. Just could drop the extra ??? plus the ballast install.

If you can swing it, do the custom measured sac now for the side you most ride, or for both would be ideal.

That will give you a killer wake.

I need to bring my twin brother-in-law with me. both of them weight around 400 lbs each.

I just want to have enough wake to be able to stay on the wake. with the little wake I have now, I have a hard time not falling out of the wake.

Did you order your custom sack already? What is the price difference?

We tried to surf for a year with out ballast (and no clue either ) but as soon as I dropped the 700# sac in the locker, we were able to free ride Tiges do not need tons of ballast to build a nice surfable wake, and are just awesome with around 1400#'s or more.

I've being able to surf for a minute or two on that little wake, but it is hard. I am hoping to be able to stay on the wake for as long as I want.

Do you think that the Bow sack is important for a big wake? Does it make a difference, or it would be better to same that space for storage?

For boarding, you will want the weight up front for a 40/60 distribution.

For surfing, I and others have commented that the Ve/RZ hull does best with out bow weight, but again, this is my (our) opinion.

I know I don't have your boat, but in mine when I put weight up front for surfing the Pocket (sweet spot) for surfing got much bigger on my boat.

Dom - We've experienced that too. With a couple people up front the wake gets longer.

                              Dan,

yup, that's why I kept the 200 lb of lead weight up there, and now I have the bow sack, just need to plumb it in
