That depends on what kinda of tailer and if it has a folding tounge or not.

Damn, thats long. My 24Ve has a folding tongue, and its between 25 and 26 feet. About 25'6". I didn't measure, but my warehouse is 25ft deep, and with the taps touching the back wall, it stuck out about 6 inches.

Mine is sitting at 30 feet.... That is because I don't have a tongue that folds and I keep the swim platform on.

Y, the folding tongue is a cool feature. I didn't ask for it special, all the trailers just had it.

@da.bell - They must not have used the same trailers when you got yours, or maybe they were a new feature on the trailers.

I have a DHM trailer. I guess they picked the cheaper trailer for me. But, I am okay with the trailer. It gets me to and from the lake when needed.

Mine is a DHM trailer also. I guess just with the swinging tongue. I didn't pay too much attention when I bought it, it had a spare, dual axle, folding tongue, worked for me. Maybe their are better ones out there, but I probably wouldn't know the difference towing the 9 miles to the lake.

I do really like the big stoppers at the front, I drive right into em and my boy hooks me up.

We had to get the 20v due to the length of the garage. With the platform removed and the tongue folded it is 20 feet---hence the 20.

Not enough to worry about it. I have about .5" on both sides and top and about 2" in the front to back it into. The rack is folded down also.

Yup, I have those huge stoppers also. I don't know how many times I have nailed them and everyone looking at me like I was crazy for doing it. However, it wasn't intential.

I wasn't looking at the trailer either. I just went with the trailer they provided and thought that it was sufficent. IMO, when you buy a big boat, the trailer size is not an issue because I already knew it wasn't going to be parked in a small area.

Ditto, until I leased a warehouse, that it stuck 6 inches out of! Its ok, I bought dollys and have to do a bit of wiggling. But it would have been cool if it fit straight in.

Y, sometimes my wife will back in just a bit too far, and the normal friction of the rails aint there, and KA-CHONG. Anyway, I love those things. Won't hurt the boat, and make it real easy to drive up the trailer. I see people all the time floating their boats on, and because the ramp isn't perfectly level, backing in and out several times to get the boat on right. I have had my trailer at angles I didn't think it would right itself, but drive it on, and pull it out, perfect every time. Just have to deal with the occasional KA-CHONG!
