? Snowboard & Ski Reunion

Is anyone interested in a snowboarding and skiing reunion. My thoughts would be Park City Ut. or Sierra Summit, California.

OK I will see if I can help pull something together. Here are my thoughts, I can see what I can do as far as availabilty of my cabin would be. It is above Heber City, about an hour drive to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley or the Canyons. I am going out on a limb here but will see what I can do. We have not involved anyone up there other than family and close friends to this point, but I will see if I can get a week end reserved for a snow cold water reunion, probably late February Early March. I know it won't work president week end as that is always family play time. Why don't we get some imput on when is the best for any and all. I think Feb. 29th week end or Mar. 7th. I will float this idea past my wife. It usually takes some buttering up to get a deal like this approved, but I am leaving for the Caribean next Friday for 10 days. I think that will soften her up. I will have an answer as to when and if for sure by the first of the year. I might add a little disclaimer, I suck when it comes to skiing. I have snowmobiled for years and may decide to stay close the cabin and do that as an alternative. If others want to rent and ride that would be another option. I will copy this to a new thread and see where this goes from there.

I also will be in St George the 28th through the first. I will be away from this site for about 2 1/2 weeks once next Thursday hits.

I missed most of last season with a broken arm. Don't tell my doc but I did a bit of boarding with a broken arm too... So I'm anxious to get some riding in this season. First trip next weekend hopefully to BrianHead, UT. Hitting up Alta, I think, MLK Jr weekend and many more trips hopefully.

I think a poll is a great idea. Lets stay away from holiday week ends. Also if I can provide cabin, is this adults only? guys only? a family deal? What are we thinking?

Heber is an hour east of SLC iIf you fly commercial. If you have a coorporate jet they have there own little executive airport for all the celebs and folks that come to Sundance or Deer Valley. I think Charly is the only one on here that could come that way, but he should come and support our reunions, it's his fault we are all in this boat to begin with. Pun intended.

The kids are headed up tomorrow and I will get a report on new snow conditions Monday. There is always ample by the end of Feb first of Mar. Good idea guys and could be great fun.

This sounds fun. I am ready for it Feb Mar time frame is good for me. I have not been snow skiing for a while and I think it will be a blast. I just hope I don't ruin by wake boarding season.
