    No longer heartbroken...

Well I picked up the boat today... I don't have any pix yet because I can find my freaking camera... I need to find it ASAP as all my vacation pix are on there and if I lose those the wifey will have my sac...

So couple of things with my new 20V... I wasn't going to take it out yet but it was 85 and sunny here in PHX... I couldn't resist even though I was by myself... It was hard to see all that butter out there and not be able to get in the water. Water temp was about 71... Here are my first impressions:

WETSOUNDS ARE THE SHIZZLE!!! Those speakers rock so hard... My boat sounds so good! I have a 12" wetsounds sub, 6 Wetsounds XS-650's in the boat, and 2 Pro 60's on the tower. The in boat sound is amazing! I obviously didn't have a chance to hear the towers being by myself, but I had the boat in front of the house and stood at the corner and they sounded awesome. So Tim and the Wetsounds crew, thank you so much... Hopefully my speaker sox will come tomorrow...

FAE is the best mod you can do to a boat... One of the reason my stereo sounds killer is that the boat is so quiet... If you don't have FAE, get it. You won't regret it. My only complaint is that the powder coat or whatever they use to cover the aluminum is starting to come off. Hopefully Larry will take care of me on that... As soon as I find the camera I'll post pix... Also it must not have been tight because the angle of the exhaust had changed quite a bit compared to where it started at... But overall I love the Fresh Air Exhaust. It did take me down to about 41mph on the top end.

Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the new boat and can't wait to get it out on Thursday morning with the neighbors...

    Happy Thanksgiving indeed...

ooh, if I lost my wifes camera I would not even bother going home!!! She likes that more than her children.

Congrats on the new boat and good luck finding the camera!
Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

Are you saying that you and your wife had a REAL good vacation? Yeah - you better find that camera!

You should be able to move the downpipe back to where it was and tighten it up some more. It'll take you all of 10 minutes with a flathead screwdriver.

Well I wouldn't say it was an incriminating vacation...

Still can't find the camera. Starting to worry a little bit... I hope that its at my office on my desk.

We're going out to the lake this morning... We have about 8 people going out and it should be about 70-72 degrees with a water temp of about 68-70... My guess is that the kids will be the only ones in the water... Hopefully someone will have a camera and we'll have some pix.
