Good to see you still lurking around out there.

The MLS and wedge are terrific, but cannot be adjusted on the fly within a few seconds. Good point you make that you can adjust the wake for riders of differing tastes, just takes a little longer.

The good thing about inboards is they tube just as well as other boats...OOPS, I forgot, you really cannot tube as well with a Tige because you either have to put the rope on the tower and risk gel coat cracks at the mounts, on the pylon that says specifically not to pull more than 1 skier, or from the lifting rings that are too low for the rope on the Ve, or under the swimstep on the RZ's.

Yes, I just discovered a gelcoat crack next to my pylon last week.

Sorry if I offended anyone. I didn't mean to do so. I just was agreeing with the analogy that a nice wakeboat is like a 7 series Bimmer. If someone wants to buy it, they are free to use it how they please. I guess by "it kills me to see...," I meant that when I am out there at times behind my parents' IO, I see a wakeboat go by pulling a tube, I think, "man, I'd love to trade right now." I'm all for everyone having fun on the water. I actually think wakeboats have changed the market for the better. Manufacturers are putting wrap around seating in IO's now because people like it so much.

I do think the TAPS is probably the best on the fly wake adjustment hardware out there, but not the only.

What signal does your rider give the driver to adjust TAPS? We give the old West Side hand signal for Wedge, and then either point that W up or down. We must look like idiots out there with all our hand signals (more weight left/right, speed up/down, Wedge up/down, put me in a double up, and the lets see a double pump fashion air)

It has a stereo just no tower speakers. They will install it for him I am sure if he wants to work that in on the deal. I just check and found out the web site went down. Here is a picture that I received.

Im going to pull the trigger on a RZ2 next week. Just about done with all the bank stuff and if all goes right I should have the baby next week. Merry X-mas to Me!!! haha. looks like Im going to send out some cards to the fam this year!
