so do yall run little duct lines and make vents in the boat kind of like a vehicle or do you just let it blow? i know this is a dumb question but i realy dont know how they work for the fact that i have nevr been on a boat with one

Maybe being young, you have a greater tolerance for the cold, but the heater is a huge bonus, will not have another boat without one.
