They made the announcement on Monday, but BO is still going to retain a separate identity, and operate under the "SAP Group." I was worried about the whole thing when oracle was trying to acquire them, since that would have restricted them to only oracle as a data source. However, SAP is platform independent, and as such can run on just about any database. Plus, bobjects has been developing SAP solutions for years. Basically, a 1.2 Billion/year company now gets to leverage the resources of a 12.1 Billion/year company. I look at it like Dell acquired Alienware.Cursed by a fortune cookie: "Your principles mean more to you than any money or success."

How was this training? We are on a 3 year cycle between the Justice Institute in Maple Ridge, some fire fighting academy in Elko Nevada, and Texas A&M. Just got home from the JI, and I believe Texas is next year for my crew.
Primary job is a plant operator in the petrochemical industry, but some of us get extensive fire fighter/first aid training on the side. I am also looking forward to Texas A&M.
