I'm a construction guy. Love to build stuff. I've done anything from doll house to 28,000 square foot single family home, to now I currently am building a 70 million dollar resort condo in Teton Valley, Idaho (20 minutes from Grand Targee and 30 minutes from Jackson Hole), a 40 million dollar restoration of the old VA hospital in SLC turning it into condos and some other really cool stuff in the works. The Original Wingnut comes from my interest in the Original Wingers resteraunts, I (my wife) used to be an owner operator, now we are just part owners (no longer operators) in a couple.

My dad always said "Stupid Hurts". He's yet to be proven wrong, but for some reason I keep trying.

I am an operating engineer for a manufacturing company out of China and the US.
I started as an cogeneration engineer for Red Lion hotels, and then in 1990 went to work for a company in Ca that needed somebody to maintain there co2 Laser and CNC equipment. The company has sense moved 80% of it manufacturing to its plant in Huizhou China which opened in 2001. I now go to china about 8 times a year to keep an eye on all there equipment. Pay is great, but the flight to China sucks.

I am a CPA and own a small accounting practice (very small, do it on the side), also, I am an elected County Treasurer, in Washington County, Utah. Never thought that I would be in an elected position, but it's a pretty sweet job. Lots of freedom, very little stress.

                LP,

Don't forget to budget in the money you owe me for your shirts, and bring it with you to the reunion. Accountants should be all over that stuff.
                Be excellent to one another.

I worked on the F-14 for 30 yrs, mostly writing software for the Weapon Control System computer. Really fun, almost like a giant video game. They retired the darn thing before I could. We started our family a little late, we have 3 kids - Jake (14), Sandy (12) & Gary (11). Sandy is our wakeboarder. (We're working on the others.) I'm retiring in Jan. with 37 yrs and will become Mr. Mom, Mr. Boy Scout, Mr. Honey Do, Mr. Taxi Driver, ....
