We won't be selling the boat, my parents and I own the boat so there's no problem.

I grew up on the water and I'm going to do the same with my kids.....

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't sell the boat either, our little boy could walk on the boat (while running) better then he could on the ground. He loves the boat now. I just can't talk him into skiing or wakeboarding yet. He will tube all day long.

There you go. When they are little, you have to start by not asking and just getting them in. Then they will grow up always willing to try. If you baby em too much, they will just sit in the boat.

We take kids all the time, that just won't get in the water, bummer for them.

That's is exactly how I want to do it.

I don't ever remember haveing to be forced to get in the the water to kneeboard or ski I just never wanted to use double skis. I wanted to go straight to a single ski. So I would try every year until I got strong/ coordinated enough to do it.

BTW you have to have the little one up and skiing by 2 years 9 months! That is the unofficial record in our group behind the boat. Jet ski record is 2 years 4 months. We had our daughter out at the river at 2.5 months in April, our son didn't make it until he was 6 months because he is a Sept birthday. the boat, like the car is the best for putting them to sleep when young.

Next season you will have a full time "third". Just duct tape the orange flag to the car seat! Teach the kid to multitask early... sleep & observer.

Just not as many trips this season and no more beer bong
Congrats. You wont miss boating season. We do emergency infant care for the foster system. Just started it. There is life jackets for Baby's. Infants. Take them with you on the lake. They boat puts them to sleep.

Your life just got better and a whole lot more value has been added to it. Just remember to make the wife and kids your first priority in life and you will love the frustrations that come with it all.

Our boys are old enough they don't have to wear life jackets anymore. And they love having the infants around.

One more thing you will find in a few years your not he one on the water. The kids will be and you will be stuck behind the wheel of the boat. But it is worth every bit of it.
