The advertisements for my fishing boat show them cutting it in half, just in front of the center console with a chain saw and it won't sink.
You'd be surprised how resilient that fiberglass is. If our Tiges didn't have the tracking fins, strut, prop, shaft and rudder underneath, you could probably do it with them, too.Cursed by a fortune cookie: "Your principles mean more to you than any money or success."

I'll tell you what, aside from knocking the fin out and taking on water and capsizing (which took a while) there is not much damage to the gel coat or the fiberglass. Tige boats are tough... I would not suggest anyone try what I did...
