Who has a white Tige in VA or TN??? (south Holston/Boone)

I saw A white Tige yesterday out on South Holston. not sure what it was though I know it was a 21v cause it said on the trailer. I was out with my buddies that out a centurion shop so we were out playing in all the new 2008 boats and Saw the Tige.
