Well, that was the intent of my visit to him, and hopefully things will work out. I am willing to give them another shot, although, you can't blame a guy for being particular when someone is about to drill holes in your hull.

Wow! so many changes in effect going on with this place. All the issues i have had with cws and Kevin was the only one who made things right. regardless I hope that the service department shapes up. I too put a call in today regarding the last bit with my vinyl. Lets see if I get a call back as well.

I am shocked!!!!!!!!!! I wonder what the boss suggested and told his service department..... However, I think ragboy is still waiting on a phone call. His is a little more difficult since in entails more than one option.

Well, he is going to get busier in a month when I take my boat in.

There are some fiberglass repairs that need to be done and a seat cushion has broken on the underside. They better make sure that the color matches. I wouldn't mind a RZ2 if they mess it up though.

                        Ay yi yi.

My friends, let me help clear a few things up for those who are interested. Kevin was a partial owner. He got the whole project rolling for CWS, bringing a better, bigger, more helpful Tige dealer to Sacramento. With his hard work and long hours, Tige is now a recognizable name in Sacramento, something it hasnt been in a long time. Whether you liked his personality or not, you cant argue that fact.

CWS service department was run by another gentleman named Kevin also. Kevin too was let go earlier this summer. Christina who helped with parts is also gone. And another office assistant left earlier in the year. So with lots of turnover comes some of grief, short term grief most likely.

It is definitely a difficult task to run a large boat dealership, and try to be everything to everyone. Kevin B. (partial owner) did a good job at it and i would be surprised if we dont see him at another dealership soon.

I hope those with issues get them cleared up soon.

I didn't NOT like Kevin, I liked him enough to buy a boat from him. But he was a bit arrogant.

On another note, I got my call today from Patrick. He hasn't heard back from Tige yet on the price for factory ballast. However he got me a price of 1200 for the rival system that uses my sacs, and 800 to install. The fact that I have reasonable communication going, is an incredible improvement.

Or you can follow the DIY that Tall did on the Rival System... It's a sticky under the ballast section....

Unfortunately, I don't think you will have the time to do it yourself since you have already proven that you are a VERY busy family.

It would def be a fun project. But time is money for me. It would be fun to do with my son, and now I just leased 2000 sq ft of warehouse so I have the place to do it. I will think about it. Also, though, drilling in my hull, is not something I want to play with I think. If I had the warehouse before, I probably would have done my stereo myself, def a electronics geek.
