Can someone with a marine power 340hp take a couple shots of where the heater takes the water from the cooling loop and post them for me? I know, living in more or less southern florida and installing a heater, I must be looking to throw money away. But look at it our way, cold is any water temp less than 75-78 degrees. We are already down to 85ish so it is a worthy investment to me. Plus my wife has about ZERO body fat so she is already cold on the ride home once the sun goes down. I am thinking of an Isinglass enclosure to go from the top of the windshield up to the bimini, we'll see. Thanks in advance.

Look for a plug which is situated before the thermostat housing, should be an allen style plug, then look for a plug near the water pump which is going to be a 3/8 square drive. Those were the same two plugs on the last two boats I have had, one motor was a Merc. and the other was an Indmar I would Marine Power will be the same since they all GM based powerplants.
Water temp is 76 here we won't use wetsuits till it gets to 65ish...my 5 year is still swimming not for much longer though.

Don't you know it, she bought the heater while I was out doing fieldwork over the past few weeks. It was "my" surprise, but I know she wanted one even last year. I agree us Floridians are wimps when it comes to water temps, but the body truly does climatize to whatever the conditions are that you have to live and work in. I used to live up in northern Virginia and was an avid kayaker and anything above 65 was warm, but it is just not like that anymore, 75 and below and the wetsuits start looking good.
