          1.125% here in the Easy Sf Bay Area...although house prices are still way inflated...

                No state income tax in texas

                  I paid $380 property tax on 2000 sq. ft. in Louisiana. Still have 6 years until the next assesment. 2200 goes fr about 250-270 here. Way inflated for the area.
