    Thumbs up to Tige Employees!!!!!

Once again I am amazed at how fast items are taken care of and how tige employee's bend over backwards for us.

An issue is about with my teak bolts, and Andrew replied back with in minutes and the problem has been addressed and handled.

I give nothing but praise to them. They have helped me out more then once. Just amazing.

    Thanks again.

That's awesome. In general, my whole Tige experience has been outstanding. You do what you can to try and make it perfect up front, but when stuff goes wrong (and it inevitably does), that's when the you find out how well they take responsibility.

I don't mind spending money if I feel it's worth it. I never felt like I settled when I got my Tige and the whole experience (dealer, Tige and 3rd party vendors) has made me feel good about my boat every time I take it out.

Makes me want to open a dealership (too bad my local dealer is so good).

You guys are nuts to wanting to open up a dealership. Too many whiners complaining about minor details on what they feel is the right thing to do/fix. Not my cup of tea... But again, I am one to blow my top quickly if pissed off.

yeah but look at it this way, every boat you sell is 100% profit, and every part you sell is 500% profit, you do the math!

and the part profit is if we cut it back some. Most boat places are making 1000% profit on parts!

Gross profit maybe. Then you deduct salary, commission, rent, advertising, insurance of all types, taxes, etc, etc................

then you, as the owner, are left with

Unfortunately, that doesn't pay the personal bills.

To each his own. I think the majority of folks are like me and appreciate good service. Being a dealer is all about establishing a relationship with each customer. It's easy to solve problems if you have a relationship, it's much harder when you don't. You're always going to run into folks who are on the offensive trying to put you on the defensive. I have years of experience dealing with them in the high tech industry so I'm not going to sweat it. That means you're going to have to be willing to bite your tongue quite a bit and always stay calm, realizing at the end of the day there will always be folks like Wake Havasu that simply don't want to be helped no matter how hard you try. For those few (and hopefully far in between), you do what you can and let it go.

Back on topic, what says more about your commitment to a product and a company than being willing to make it your career? I both admire and am jealous of the folks at Texas Tige because that's exactly what they were able to do.

                        Someday....

Trust me 9+ years in the service industry and I know what you mean, I'm very good at bitting my tongue.

                              Domsz06,

Is that right that your boat is a 2003? Tige still stepped up to the plate? That is incredible
