    illusion trailer pics at night...

Awhile back someone requested pictures of my illusion trailer at night. Not only was this difficult, the pictures don't do it ANY justice at all. I thought I would post them up anyway.

It's worth the money! I paid $1,500 more than the standard trailer and it came with (5) 20" wheels, 4 wheel disc brakes, oil bath hubs, full LED lighting, swing out tongue, EZ buckle straps in the back, independent suspension and an upgraded winch. When you go around corners, you don't have to swing nearly as wide, when you brake you brake like you normally would, etc. My wife wanted to save the $$$ but I literally ignored her and told the dealer that we wanted it and I have 0 regrets!

We rode with my buddy one weekend who volunteered to tow the boat with his Burb and he was blown away at how nice it trailered compared to his 21' Baja on a Heritage trailer. It was a little heavier than his boat but he said he noticed an immediate difference on the way that it didn't bounce the truck as much and the way it went around corners.

Probably not. The lights on the bunks only come on when it's in the water and they aren't very bright when they are on. A nighttime picture of lights under water that are dim would require a perfectly still lake and someone with a Digital SLR camera (which I don't have). My boat won't see a nighttime drive until probably next June.
