So these broke a$$, credit consumed people are going to short sell and take on a huge tax bill the next April.

Seriously it's like the never ending pit for these people. Has anyone tried to rent a home lately? Holy chit it is just as bad and maybe worse than buying a home. Credit check, income verification, criminal check, bank acct balances, creditors and money due......How in the hell are these broke people with tax leins going to be able to rent a decent home. We are not talking about crack heads or what-not, these are middle class people that got caught up in the ARM, neg-int only....etc, and now are in a never ending stream of poo. I feel for them, I really do.

Hey, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. How about we all run for office? At least that way we'd get some decent board time in any time we didn't want to vote for or against anything. And, with their salary, we could afford to get a new ride every year, heck, we could even get tax payers to foot the bill!

Maybe they should actually be paid more so that people who know what they are doing will have incentive to run for office.
