What other activities do people do?

Just curious what others do when they are not boatin.I enclosed some pics of activities we do as we cant boat year round.Good oppotunity to see what people do and show off other family talents.My wife does most of these activities to but she was taking the pics.The son is a goalie also but could not upload a pic.We also surf as a family when on vacation.bikin

We here ride motorcycles, Lot of me and my friends ride BMX, or skateboard, goning to start gettin on a snowboard more. But spend most of our time on the water.

Ya I forgot the kids snowboard and the wife and I ski.

We also go canoeing somtimes too.

Hasn't been much MX since the boat was purchased, but that's definitely the favorite spring/fall activity. In the winter my wife and I volunteer for my daughter's ski club.
I don't like to write it down though and actually have to think about how much of my income gets flushed on toys and recreation......Ignorance is bliss

Oops forgot the pit bike also, that's always a favorite of all my buddies I have a CRF 50 that my buddy pimped out w/ SANO SYSTEMS stuff for me. It's a blast in the yard. Racing it is pretty sketchy.

I am a lucky one that gets to boat year round, but when the water is cold (65), I have a fishing boat that gets more use and I also go for long motorcycle rides, sometimes the wife joins me. My job also takes me out in the field a lot, mostly on boats or helicopters. Unfortunately I have not found enough money for a mx bike yet, but would like to do that someday. We have some pretty nice motorcycle and atv dedicated parks near by and would like to take advantage of them. I think I'll get a KTM when I do it.

Same here we do alot of camping with Boy scouts, But I would say more without scouts. Some times we go on like cold water fishing trips(we want to try ice fishing) or somtimes we'll bring our dirt bikes and go find some trails. Or Go floating some weekend. We do a few hiking trips but not very long ones.

Also Deer hunting, Hunting season is also very big for us.

Yeah, skiing and snowboarding are really the only things to do around here in the winter besides playing hockey. We frequent Jasper with the occaisional trip to Banff to hit the slopes. I've also been known to play the odd game of curling, but nothing compares to wakeboarding. I am jealous of the year-rounders from down south. Pretty tough to ski with 4 feet of ice on the lake!?!

We boat through Thanksgiving then switch to MX trips and snowboarding until spring break when we start with the boat again.
