I opened it up wiggled some stuff around I could not get to the battery but I put it back together and now it charging for the first time sense the big wave.

Open the bottom to find a small screw took that out to find a smaller screw took that out to find the same small screw down in side and I don't have anything small enough to get to that so I put it back together. I had to turn the screwdriver on tis side to get the small screw out and I could not get the angle for the second small screw.Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. I just saw this post and will ask my son about it when he wakes up. He is able to fix alot of them. It usually comes down to a cost issue.
