Quick ipod question

    I opened it up wiggled some stuff around I could not get to the battery but I put it back together and now it charging for the first time sense the big wave.

    I hope it will hold the charge

        Open the bottom to find a small screw took that out to find a smaller screw took that out to find the same small screw down in side and I don't have anything small enough to get to that so I put it back together. I had to turn the screwdriver on tis side to get the small screw out and I could not get the angle for the second small screw.

          I just saw this post and will ask my son about it when he wakes up. He is able to fix alot of them. It usually comes down to a cost issue.

          I am not a fan of returning it to Apple, since I'm sure water damage isn't covered in their warranty.

            Agreed, but after completely drying, and it still didn't work. I had just a paperweight, and apple replaced it.

              TeamAllen I would love to have your son look at it and if he can't fix it I will try to send it back to Apple.

                Ragboy how old was your ipod when you sent it back???
