Winterize

but what exactly needs to be done to winterize?

Here's a couple threads for your reading pleasure. I like to change my oil during winterizing because used oil is acidic and install a new impeller in the spring so I start the season with a fresh new one instead of one that sat over winter all folded over unused.

Cold? It's not steengking cold yet! LOL! We're going to Pedro Friday afternoon 'till sunday. The water be warmer that the air in the morning! Still 76 water temp two weeks ago! I ain't stopping 'till i see icicles!

only place I have been riding lately is the Sac river which is now a cool 67-69 and Bullards bar is still nice but its too far. truthfully I'm kind of tired of lakes. Only good in the mourning and a waste on weekends. The river has been good to me. Straight butter on the weekdays with no wind. BOMB!

Plus I need new snow gear and wouldn't mind saving some money for it. I will squeeze a few more in but I'm not sure for how long. Gonna put her away in the next couple of weeks for sure.

67 already!!! That's about the coolest our water gets, 65-67. I do miss the seasons though.

well it is the river, and its been in the 50's at night. I will only ride in the mournings since lake folsom is 5mph now & empty. Everyone is out on the river in the afternoon.

A few more then I'm done! I did rack up 189 hours this year
