    hull molding

The 2 guide pole on the back of the trailer that I assume are to help when you are loading you boat on the trailer. I am having a problem w/ my molding between the top and bottom hull coming off from time to time on one side of my boat. I know why it happens but w/out replacing the entire molding around the boat I don't have a permenent solution. I have a damaged spot and have been working on it but can't get it fixed. My guide poles are PVC and they do spin, but the molding still comes off sometimes. I do have some really good strong silicone that I was going to put a bead inside the track to hold it in place and buy some of the black Tige padded things to go over the guide poles. Is this my best solution?

    TIA

I found my covers on Ebay for 15$ - much cheaper than the dealer.
Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?
