Wet Sounds? (What happened to KICKER?)

What is the deal with wet sounds? Never heard of them. Went to their web site Wow $$$$$ very expensive, they don't look that great. Why did tige sign with them. What happened to kicker?

Why didn't tige sign with Rockford Fosgate would have been better I think

I think you should go to your tige dealer and ask to hear the wet sounds. then come back and tell us what you think of them.

the wet sounds are louder then no other! you have to go see them and then like spencer said come back

And then if you do not like them order a boat without a sound system and do it yourself.

I just installed 4 on Cp3's tower, and holey $h!t are they load as he!! and clear as a bell. . As far as price, ask your dealer if he knows what Tige wanted for a set of the kickers
All Tige needs to do now is pair them up with the proper Amp

What amp(s) are you pushing them with? I just had 2 pro 60's and a Kicker 200.2 installed last week and I think I might need a little more power.

I had a guy with 4 - 6 1/2 inch Kickers in awe of my 2 Wetsounds Pro 80's this weekend. Along with about 6 other boats that came up and asked me about my system. They blow away everything else on the water...(push those 2 with a JL Audio 350)....They're worth the extra money

Trust me Wetsounds are some of the best speakers on the market. Just check the number of thread talking about them here on the site. They will blow away any other stock boat speakers. I love my Kickers but they are the RS components not the basic speakers that Tige would put in. The wetsounds will rival the Kicker RS in sound quality.

Yes more power! I am running my Threesome with 850.4

225 to each Pro 80

and 400 to the 485.

Yes they are loud as hell. I think I had blood dripping from my ears once when I got to close.

You can't beat Wet Sounds and if you are worried about the price-remember that nothing is to good for your Tige.

I am getting (2) 6.5's and (2) 8's both Wet sounds, on my new tower. I have a 98' 2100. They are going to be mounted on my new X-Plosion tower.


This is in addition to (2) 6x9 MB quartz marine, (4) 6.5 MB Quartz marine speakers, and a 10" sub underneath the driver controls. My boat should bump pretty good. Too bad it took me this long to get it out this season.

Order the WetSounds.......then sell them to me for...hmmmm.....$150 a speaker perhaps????
