Limit this to defects that can be shown to have occurred as result of factory defects in manufacture. Also, put a time frame of say , two years on it.
I am not sure this would solve anything in your case. If your problem is the Perfect pass incompatibility with the 6.0 L engine, then it is not a 'manufacturer defect'.

Did I miss a step? It seems to me last I heard, there was more than one person who was sure they could fix your boat. Is the problem that they won't do it in reasonable time or location? I guess that wouldn't be solved by your suggestion above, either if there is not a dealer that will work you in.

    Now that is funny!

You buy a KTM 300, Take her out she rattles. Turns out the piston the KTM put in the bike is a Honda 25O Piston.

Whose fault is it? Piston specs and the KTM specs.

And as far as taking it to a dealer AGAIN.

Yes, I am taking It to one of the two that say they can fix it.

But now the factory says I don't even have PP on the MP6.0.

I lost my sales brochure and since there is no manual I cannot tell which I have.

So its unknown why this occurrs.

          Which engine do you have?

Wake, did you get the factory cruise control? From my understanding, that would be AccuSet and not PP. In 2007, the factory was putting in SpeedSet for their boats.

              I cannot answer that.

I don't have the boat here it's kept 150 miles from me from in Parker AZ.

I don't have a manual nor is there one available.

It's an early early 2006, actually picked her up in I think Nov of 06.

I don't know if it is in fact PP or if its even a throttle by wire set up.

              I lost the brochure!

I'm very sure you have AccuSet.... That is exactly what I have and my boat is an early 2006 model 24Ve.
