If you can squirt soapy water in that'll kill them all. Do it at nite.
Hudson style sprayer usually will do the trick.
If they're the killer B's, consider a bee guy.

just go to Home Depot and buy some of that wasp and bee killer. Give it to a 14 or 15 year old boy they will killem. My son loves to do that to all the wasp nest that take roots around our swimming pool. the wasp fall right out of the sky when it hits them It is kind of funny.
