I have no idea when it ends...this is my first year with a boat in AZ. I grew up in IL and we didn't have such a long boating season. My friend said we can go until mid to late October and the water will still be decent enough to get wet.

Nah, just realize that Blu-Ray is going the way of Betamax. I topped off my 57" HD Theater system with an XBox 360 w/ HDDVD. It's pretty awesome, especially when playing with multiple players on some of the games. the HD split screen is bigger than most conventional TVs

The coup-de-grace was finding an MB Quart center channel for $49 including shipping on Ubid...matches my MB Quart tower speakers quite nicely Added a Klipsch sub and you can feel the movie.

I know it's insane. I have a 360 on 57" hdtv also with surround sound and a 15" sub. I can get the house to shake!!!

The best is when you play first person shooting games it's like you are in the game!!

It drives my wife crazy, but my kids really like it. Guitar Hero is something else...they grab stools from our kitchen and set-up in the media room like they're on stage or something.

Just refrain from lighting candles or a lighter for awhile.

No joke! I've already ground them for throwing firecrackers at each other in the house.

I will try to take a run during Thanksgiving weekend this year and then drain the block and put her away.

When it warms up in February or March I will take it back out. Depends on the weather.

There is even a new edition out,,,
The kids played it in our truck on a 8000 mile lap around the USA.

Hahahahaha!!! I live in the Tampa Bay area and board YEAR ROUND!!! Our water got all the way down to a bone chilling 65 this year so a wetsuit was definitely in order, but our boat never gets put away.

Sorry to be a jerk about it, but I just could never live with such a short boating season. Don't get me wrong, I love the seasons, but one week of them is enough for us. We spend a week every year snowboarding at my family's house in Jackson Hole, and that's enough snow and cold for us. If anyone makes it to Florida in the "Off Season" and is hankering for a tow, or just a cruise, feel free to send me a pm. We go out almost every weekend year round.

We pull ours out when the water temp hits about 50-55* which is in October-November
