Hey are you guys Doggin on my lake??? Can't help but notice you are from Utah -- How is Deer Creek? Oh wait -- no launching there-- Nevermind you always have Utah Lake if you don't mind skiing in five feet of water and if you are afraid of rattlers you may want to pack OFF to utah lake cuz I've seen the mutant mosiqots out there Plus just went down south to one of Utahs other big bath tubs you call lakes and was warned by the rangers about "swimmer itch" talk about parasites-- came home with kids that looked like they had chicken pox!! I live in WY and go to the WY side and we don't have that many choices here so throw me a bone. and you're right Flaming gorge is cold unlike Strawberry that is just---awwwhhh refreshing--and wind? you gottal love Yuba for wind!!
anyways just messin with ya since you messed with my one and only lake with out a two hour drive down to one of the utah "bath tubs"
    Thanks guys

Plus I know you can always throw Lake Powell in my face

Heidi.....bog and I are just doggin on the Gorge because we love that place and don't want a bunch of slappers invading the place. I actually agree with most of what you said about the other lakes here in Utah. And to tell ya the truth, I like the Gorge better then Powell in many ways. We always camp on the Wyoming side as you can see in the pics below and usually have great water. You are lucky to be so close. What's the story behind T-pokes?

We will be at the Gorge weekend after Labor Day for our last trip to the Gorge of the year. Let me know if you will be around.

The Tige is my old rig and my new one is just below. I know I'm a traitor, but I still love Tiges and the owners on this site seem to be great peeps.

        What a beautifull looking lake.

t-pokes, your boat looks like the one that was on the floor of the Tige Headquarters.

Zeda! Glad to see that you are still on the board Are you getting to know Croft marine yet?

PS - Nobody should ever want to go to Flaming Gorge. The resevoir covers an older cemetery and bodies float up all the time while you are out in the water. Stay away!

There is an RZ4 around here that is identical.

Looks great. Looks like your friend wakeboards at about 120 feet! I think it is just an optical illusion, but she looks really far away.

Looks like a good time was had by all, that is the important thing.

Your kids got the 'swamp itch' at Sand Hollow? The parasite is most active in late spring and then seems to all but go away. I haven't seen any for a while now. I wallowed in the sand myself last weekend and didn't get any infestations. You know when it is active because you can't find any calmine lotion in any of the pharmacies.
            Be excellent to one another.

Moki....nice to hear from ya. I have not gone into Croft's yet and don't think I will unless I decide to get another new boat in the next year or so. The new CC236 is pretty sick. Taylors said they would take care of me through my 5 year warranty period, so I probably have no need to go into Croft's.

I'm thinking I might try to talk my wife into getting another boat in the next couple of years. Not saying I'm planning on replacing the 220, but would like to have a hardcore ski nautique or Malibu Response for slalom since my knees are not going to last too much longer with wakeboarding. I will just have to make room in the garage for two boats and figure out a way to tow both of them.

Man, if you pull that off you are my next hero! I find myself enjoying wake surfing more and more as I get older My friend has a Malibu 21V Wakesetter but put it on the diamond hull. It has a nice wake for skiing.

Any more trips to Powell this year? I am trying to work it out to go down in a few weeks.

Dang so lets see there is poop in the water, dead bodies and now some sort of parasite. And I thought Texas rivers and lakes where bad with gators, snakes and gar bigger than some John boats!

Yeah they got the "itch" but mostly my little one, he mostly lays around on the sand and plays-

We never know how far back we are on the rope, it has a slot every five feet so we usually slide it on the first slot- but we dunno-- Although I am pretty sure it is not 120 feet-- funny real funny

Nah, just torque the lugs, check the tire pressure and roll on
