I have been wakeboarding every month of the year.

I don't like to go if the air is not over 60 degrees, it just makes it tough to warm up. When the water gets below 50, it gets hard to keep your hands warm.

In Salt Lake, when the inversion sets up and it is all smoggy - that is when it is usually dead calm, sunny and 65 degrees or better. Those days are the best! The high pressure makes for good winter wakeboarding.

St. George has about twice as many dentists as the usual town.

When LP bought his boat, he asked me to go out with him in early December to help break it in. The wind was blowing about 20MPH, and it was 50 degrees outside, the water sucked. That is the coldest I have been in recent memory (since I moved from Idaho). My feet stopped tingling about 6 hours later.

Ice in the water is bad, very bad.

Tall must be losing his memory, as I recall that day was a 60 degree day, with the sun shining brightly. The water was a little brisk, but manageable.

Besides, that was one of the first times out on my boat, so it had to be nice.

Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. THAT'S relativity. Albert Einstein
