It is great to see that you have the kids out learning to board. Way to go.

No kidding it needs more water
What a shame. It looks like it would be a decent lake if it had water. Did they open the damn or what?

And the snow doesn't fall again! Are the Lakes over the border thawed already?

It is sad to see all those empty lakes.

Last Sept they opened the floodgates and let out soo much water it wasn't funny. About a month ago, you wouldn't see any water in the picture that I just posted recently.

If the lake is at normal levels, it is a very nice lake up the forks.

With the water levels rising, it looks like the lake might be open up to speeds in excess of 5 mph this coming weekend.

Nope. Frozen Solid! At least 16" thick as of last weekend.
I was just out the other day on the frozen lake with my truck nailing donuts and slides at 40 mph --my 11y/o daughter and her friend were screaming bloody murder and my son was yelling "DO IT AGAIN, DO IT AGAIN" It was a blast listening to the girls scream! <<Evil laugh> LOL

They finally lifted the 5 mph speed limit ban.
